Latest Project: University of California, Davis released this video that I was hired to create! The "Crisis Text Line" is a new Mental Health resource where students can receive 24/7 immediate support from trained counselors by texting the keyword “RELATE” to 741741. As the writer, director, and co-editor of this project, my goal was to showcase how difficult the life of an average college student can be and that it is often the ones who seem the happiest who are actually hurting the most.

This amazing tool will eventually be adopted by the entire UC system and this video advertisement will also be played during UC Davis Freshman Orientation for years to come!

This film was selected to play at the annual Davis Film Festival in 2018.

After seeing many of my loved ones struggle with common mental illnesses like depression and anxiety, I was inspired to help spread awareness about these conditions. Often times, the people who seem the happiest are actually the ones who are hurting the most. As the writer, director, and editor of this short film, I wanted to emphasize the importance of mental health.
